Frequently asked questions

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship to UK customers only. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase a piece, please use the contact form and I will see what I can do.

How are paintings packaged for shipping?

Originals are carefully wrapped in protective layers, corner-protected, and shipped in custom wooden crates or reinforced boxes depending on size.

Prints ship rolled in protective tubes

Do you offer framing?

Paintings come ready to hang with painted edges—framing is optional but not necessary. Prints are sold unframed. I can recommend professional framers in your area if needed.

Can I see the painting in person before buying?

If you're in the UK, studio visits can sometimes be arranged—contact me to discuss. Otherwise, I'm happy to provide additional photos, videos, or FaceTime viewings.

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final. However, if you receive a piece and it's not what you expected, contact me within 48 hours and we'll work something out.

How do I care for my painting?

Keep away from direct sunlight, excessive moisture, and extreme temperatures. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. The gloss varnish protects the painting, but avoid touching the surface.

Do your paintings come with certificates of authenticity?

Yes, every original painting and limited edition print includes a signed certificate of authenticity.

What if I want to commission something similar to a sold piece?

While I don't recreate sold works exactly, I'm happy to create new pieces inspired by similar themes, colour palettes, or compositions. Let's talk about what you loved about the sold piece and create something unique for you.

How long does a commission take?

Typically 6-8 weeks from deposit to completion, depending on size and my current schedule. Rush options may be available—just ask.

Can you work from my photographs?

Absolutely! Many commissions start with client-provided photos. Just make sure they're high resolution and clearly show what you want captured.
